Did you know that there is a facility called Autotext in Word and Outlook? It stores pieces of text in your computer's memory; be it just a sentence, a whole paragraph or even several pages of text.
It stores each one as a piece of Autotext so that all you have to do is type its name in order to insert it into your document or email.
