Video Word Autotext

Did you know that there is a facility called Autotext in Word and Outlook? It stores pieces of text in your computer’s memory; be it just a sentence, a whole paragraph or even several pages of text. It stores each one as a piece of Autotext so that all you have to do is type its name in order to insert it into your document or email. It’s really simple to add too. You’ll wish you’d known about it sooner! Watch my video which shows you how. To see the library of previous Sarah’s Office Snippets click here
